We are a family-friendly subdivision located in Sterlington, LA
The TP HOA Board has made contact with various trash companies in the area. Of those contacted, R2 offered a proposal to service the Thatcher Pointe neighborhood. The board will begin discussing next steps on how to effectively move forward with allowing R2 to service our neighborhood. This will allow only one company to service the neighborhood and eliminate multiple trash collection companies collecting trash on multiple days.

Trash Containers & Other Storage Items
The Board has revised the expectations for storage and placement for trash containers and all other items that may require storage in the neighborhood. The purpose of this adjustment is to ensure our neighborhood continues to be visually appealing for current and future homeowners. Please review the following clarification as it relates to the Board’s expectations for storage of trash containers and other items:
Trash containers must be stored out of plain sight. Plain sight is defined as a place that is clearly visible. Therefore, trash containers may be stored behind a fence, home, tall shrubs, or structures that prohibit the trash container to be in plain sight. Trash containers may be placed outside only for collection the evening before collection and must be secured to protect from animals or spillage. Trash containers must be removed from sight the same evening of collection.
Items that would typically be kept in storage must be stored out of plain sight or in the garage.
The good neighbor looks beyond the external accidents and discerns those inner qualities that make all men human and, therefore, brothers.
