Thatcher Pointe HOA Dues
The 2025 Thatcher Pointe HOA dues are due Wednesday, January 1, 2025. Homeowners have until Wednesday, April 30, 2025 to submit dues payment before receiving a late fee penalty. Dues can be submitted via PayPal via the “Pay Dues” link above or mail dues to the following address:

Christmas Decorations Contest
Attention Homeowners,
In the Spirit of Christmas, the HOA Board has decided to host a Christmas Decorations Contest️. There will be one winner for Barker, Hoover, and Winkler and two winners for Thatcher. Homes on each street will be judged based on originality and the most Christmas spirit. Winners will be announced December 23. Each winner will receive a monetary gift card for helping Thatcher Pointe be Merry and Bright this Christmas season.
In order to be considered for participation in this festive contest, homeowners must be in compliance with existing expectations of the covenant. This includes but is not limited to all trash containers, boats, trailers, or storable items must be kept out of plain sight.
